For those whose devotion to elasticated waists knows no bounds (or, dare I say, is a little too familiar at this stage), you could do a lot worse than swapping the fraying gym tights for something that actually qualifies as presentable streetwear. Not that anyone’s judging - but everyone’s judging. This two-piece set gets it right for the one important reason that loungewear needs to: versatility. It’s comfortable enough to take you from your morning run to your evening Zoom party (with an obligatory pub lunch or three in between). The long-sleeved sweatshirt with ribbed cuffs and kangaroo pocket has more than a whiff of ‘90s nostalgia. As does the elasticated pants, which fit with almost nothing left to be desired when it comes to silhouette: there’s balance, a bit of tapering and a soft watercolour effect where it counts. Yes, it’s a bit dreamy - but a great alternative to the tried-and-tested black or navy loungewear is sometimes exactly what you need after a year indoors.
